Our very own Gavin is interviewed about his part in the team for the Homeless World Cup that will take place in Paris from 21 - 28 August this year. He is now in the final stages of the trials having been to London attending the trials in Wembley stadium.

DA is currently 40 years old who came to live in St Paul’s Hostel when he became homeless in 2007 due to rent arrears.
DA suffers from learning disabilities and relied upon his wife to manage their financial affairs. When his wife passed away he was unable to read his bills and fell into depression. DA started to use heroin and lost his job as a security guard. This all led to his eviction.
